This division deals with all overseas operations, which in addition to the above services offers the following. As part of this we will manage all drilling fluid and dry bulk operations in all aspects from a logistics point of view.

Bulk Management

We will manage bulk products to ensure R.O.S. dates are met and to minimize holding time on vessels and tank cleaning operations. This shall be controlled and in line with COMPANY’s procedures and policies, which will be provided to us upon request.

We shall strictly follow the policies when they are updated.

Bulk Tracking / Reconciliation

We will develop clear and concise procedures between onshore and offshore to track all bulk movements, and develop reconciliation report to assist invoice payment.

Procedures, Guidelines, Process Flows and Key Performance Indicators

We will develop procedures and policies for all operations and produce interface documents between all parties; produce guidelines, planning agreements, defined roles and responsibilities, clear communications guidelines, process flows and agreement on terminology.

We develop and report monthly Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs").

Health Safety and Environment

We will ensure that all shore side, vessel and offshore parties work under strict controls, and that all operations are covered by relevant procedures and risk assessments.
